We are based in the Silverdale town centre on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast.
We are close to the Northern motorway and also very convient to the rest of the Hibiscus Coast.
Our gym has permanently fitted safety mats, 12 kick bags and is fully epuiped with all the usual Kickboxing/Martial Art training equipment.
We have a seated area where parents/partners/friends can watch a class train.

The gym is above the shops in Agency Lane with the door to the gym locate at the end of the row of shops. Just come up the stairs to see us.
